Live: Berger emphasizes CUs' member service, opens NAFCU Annual Conference today
NAFCU President and CEO Dan Berger's keynote today will mark the official welcome to credit unions from across the country who have joined the association for its 52nd Annual Conference and Solutions Expo in New Orleans. Berger's welcome remarks will hinge on the credit union industry's history of servant leadership and why, in spite of today's chaotic news and political cycles, the industry's future has never been more clear.
The speech will be broadcast via livestream here at 9 a.m. Eastern today.
Following Berger's speech, today's keynote speaker Cheryl Cran will share strategies to help credit unions attract and retain top talent; the keynote is sponsored by Franklin Madison.
Winners of NAFCU's 2019 Annual Awards, which recognize association-member credit unions and individuals for excellence and achievement in the industry, will also be honored today.
