NAFCU adds webcasts on member experience, strategic planning

NAFCU has added two more webcasts to its February lineup, including one Wednesday to help credit unions improve their members' experience and another next week on effective strategic planning.

During Wednesday's webcast on improving member experience, credit unions will learn how to use member journey mapping to more easily identify what actions will have the greatest impact on member satisfaction, loyalty and word of mouth. On Thursday, Feb. 22, NAFCU is offering a live webcast that will teach a framework to help credit unions meet short- and long-term goals, and educate credit unions on how to best use strategic planning to drive strategic decision making. Live webcasts begin at 2 p.m. Eastern and are open to all credit unions, regardless of membership or charter type. Webcasts are available on-demand for a year after the original air date.
