Alex has worked with several leading security solutions providers, including Barracuda Networks, Purewire, Secure Computing, CipherTrust, S1 and SecureWare. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.

Jessica Caballero, CERP, CRCM, is the Senior Solutions Consultant for Risk & Governance at DefenseStorm. She has become instrumental in the development and improvement of DefenseStorm risk and governance solutions. Beginning her career as an examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), focusing on risk management practices, consumer compliance, and BSA/AML, Jessica leverages her experience and knowledge to assist financial institutions in assessing their governance, risk, and compliance practices while identifying short and long-term improvements to strengthen their cyber risk program. She gained expertise in the industry from her time as the AVP, Operations & BSA Officer at a commercial bank in Austin, TX, and her work at Compliance Alliance developing the library of web-based tools authoring policies, risk assessments, training materials, and other tools. Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in business economics from Texas State University. She achieved the Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designations from the American Banker Association (ABA).
