Carol Browne

Carol Browne is the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at NAFCU. Browne is responsible for NAFCU's staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, and professional development of staff; she also oversees the administration function, which includes management of the NAFCU building, office services, and tenant relations.

Prior to joining NAFCU, Browne was the Director of Human Resources for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. She earned a BA from Calvin College and JD from Marquette University Law School. She practiced employment law with Vedder Price in Chicago, served as outside legal counsel for the American Dental Association, and was Senior Counsel for Gammon & Grange.
