CFO Summit hones in on branch accounting, leadership tactics

Wrapping up NAFCU's 2018 conference season, the inaugural Credit Union CFO Summit concludes today in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Weren't able to attend this year's Summit or other NAFCU conferences? Today's program begins with a presentation from GraphsandLaughs LLC's Elliot F. Eisenberg, who will review current economic conditions and how those conditions can impact the credit union industry. Following Eisenberg's presentation, there will be a panel discussion featuring industry experts on best practices for branch accounting, as well as productivity metrics for full-time employees (FTE) and part-time employees (PTEs). This presentation will be moderated by NAFCU Executive Vice President and COO Anthony Demangone.

Closing out today's CFO Summit is Deedee Myers, CEO of DDJ Myers. During her presentation, she will review the current trend of CFOs becoming CEOs and tips on how to transition smoothly into leading an organization.
