Survey: Share feedback on CDFI certification, serving underserved areas, more

SurveyCredit unions are encouraged to share their insights and perspective on issues related to low-income designated communities and serving underserved areas via this month's Economic & CU Monitor survey. Responses to the survey are due tomorrow; the survey can be filled out online.

Through the survey, credit unions can provide their input on community development financial institution certification, adding underserved areas to a credit union’s field of membership, and programs and products credit unions offer for underserved areas.

Also included in the survey are eight questions on growth and earnings outlook, lending conditions, and regulatory burdens to help inform NAFCU's Credit Union Sentiment Index (CUSI)

NAFCU relies on survey responses to provide its members a glimpse of trends affecting the credit union industry as a whole. The association also uses survey responses to inform its advocacy efforts on Capitol Hill and with regulatory agencies such as the NCUA, the CFPB, and the Federal Reserve.
