CU leaders review growth strategies, auto lending best practices at Strategic Growth

Today's program at NAFCU's Strategic Growth Conference features several panel discussions that will focus on growth strategies, auto lending and cannabis banking.

During the first panel, Cornerstone FCU's Eric Hepkins, Chartway FCU's George Pita and Mission FCU's Doug Wright will share what they have learned from banks' growth strategies and how credit unions' can tailor those strategies for their own operations. This panel will be moderated by CUbroadcast's Mike Lawson.

Attendees today will also hear from credit union experts on auto lending best practices and how credit unions can benefit from having indirect and direct auto loan programs. The panel includes PSECU's Greg Smith, SAFE FCU's Ronnie Warner and FedEx Employees Credit Association Tara Burton.

North Bay CU's Christopher Call, Credit Union 1's Joseph Martin and Hypur's Andre Herrera will close today's program with a panel discussion on cannabis banking and how credit unions can remain compliant with current marijuana banking laws. The panel discussion will be moderated by Fox Rothschild LLP's Christopher Pippett.

Attendees will also hear presentations on creating memorable digital experiences, e-commerce and how credit unions can appeal to younger demographics.
